1. How to make an order?
1) Please check the web www.YouKicks.com , choose what you want and let us know, please send email to us include item no, quantity, sizes; and please send us your specific address if you cofirm the order. Or you can use the purse chart, choose all items you need and click the button "add to shipping cart" , then submit the order when all items have been chosen, and fill out the chart in the coming up page to place your order.
2) We will confirm the order, and reply you with the totally amount you have to pay and the payment info.
3) It will take 1-2 day prepare the order.
4) You will get the pack within 7 days or less time after we ship it, it depends where you located.
2. What's your Price Policy?
The price which is showing on our site is the wholesale price.
Bulk Order
Minimum order is 48 pcs, 6 pcs for each item;
Some discount will be allowed;
The shipping charge is free.
Order Quantity: more than 12 pcs.
1) 6 pcs for each model; wholesale price; free shipping.
2) Mix order, the price would be little higher than the wholesale price; shipping charge is free.
Order Quantity: less than 12 pcs.
You can mix and match any items and models.
The price would be little higher than the wholesale price;
The shipping charge need to be paid, extra Shipping cost is 20usd-30usd.
3. I don't see the sizes of your products, can you tell me the available sizes?

4. What's the Payment Methods?
We accept and maintain the following payment way:
1) PayPal. If you want to use PayPal as payment, please send us your paypal email address first, then we will send you the paypal money request, pleases make sure send us the paypal account for verified.
2) T/T (Wire Transfer via Bank), we need 3-6 days to get the payment.
3) Western Union. you can learn how to use it via www.westernunion.com , we can get the payment in several hours.
4) Money gram: you can learn how to use it via www.moneygram.com , we can get the payment in several hours, for money gram, we request the amount should be 500$ at least.
Please note we don't accept C.O.D.
5. What is the minimum order? Can mix and match the items and size?
No minimum order, but the price list on our site that is for order quantity 12pairs/pieces.you can mix the order with different styles,size you want. and we also welcome you to order just one pieces as sample to check our product quality and service.The more your order the Cheaper the price is.
